Facility:

All games will be held at Queens College. The College is located at the corner of Kissena Boulevard and the Long Island Expressway in Flushing, Queens. This is an 11 court facility with ample parking nearby.

Rules:

The New York Big Apple will follow the rules of play as described in the NAGVA Rules and Regulations.

Officiating:

NAGVA Rules and Regulations states in Section 6 that teams must provide a certified 1st referee and a certified scorekeeper for all matches. This rule will be enforced at the Big Apple. Further, the rules state that if a team cannot provide a certified 1st referee or certified scorekeeper, they must pay the cost of obtaining one from the tournament committee.

Teams without a NAGVA certified up-official or scorekeeper will be required to pay $20 per match to obtain a 1st referee for the remaining matches they are responsible for reffing.
If a team cannot provide a 1st referee or scorekeeper and does not pay the required fee, they WILL NOT play at the tournament and will not receive a refund.
For more information about the clinic or the NAGVA Officiating Program, please contact the representative in charge of the program here.
